2. Description of Service
BetGone is a mobile application designed to help users reduce or stop gambling behaviour. It provides streak tracking, community features, and tools to manage urges. BetGone is a self-help tool and does not constitute medical or psychological treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BetGone. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription and Payments
BetGone offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you agree to recurring charges as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time through the Google Play Store or App Store settings.
By starting to use the service during your trial period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
6. Community Guidelines
When using community features, you agree not to:
- Post harmful, offensive, or abusive content
- Share personal information of others
- Promote gambling or betting services
- Harass other users
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Disclaimer
BetGone is a wellness tool, not a medical device or treatment. We make no guarantees about outcomes. If you are experiencing a gambling addiction, we encourage you to also seek professional help from a qualified therapist or counsellor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetGone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

All content, design, and code within BetGone is the property of BetGone and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
